Nutrition Education
The Nutrition Education Committee focuses on developing culturally competent, evidence-based nutrition curricular adjuncts.
Culinary Education
The Culinary Education Committee develops and implements culinary instruction courses for medical students designed to improve physician understanding of culinary processes and real-world constraints.
Research
The Research Committee oversees all of Culinary Medicine's research endeavors, ranging from clinical and community-based projects to medical education.
Community Outreach
The Community Outreach Committee organizes volunteer efforts and community engagement.
Media
The Media Committee coordinates the Culinary Medicine Podcast, our publication, Vitals in the Kitchen, and social media initiatives.
