Jessy Rosen, M4

President and Founder

As a nutrition and medical student, Jessy Rosen believes that one of the most beneficial prescriptions a physician can give is diet. She founded the Culinary Medicine Interest Group and Area of Concentration to better integrate nutrition education into clinical training.

Avery Morrison, M3

President

As a graduate of Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners with a love for nutrition, Avery Morrison is a strong believer in food as medicine, always trying new tasty recipes, and in understanding the science behind your plate.

Gillian Hecht, M4

Culinary Director

As a graduate of both the Kosher Culinary Center and the Mailman School of Public Health, Gillian Hecht is passionate about using food to transform community health, physician attitudes, and patient outcomes.
